PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI STKIP YPM BANGKO

Abstract

This research was motivated by the performance appraisal of SYKIP YPM Bangko employees, of course, it varies based on performance and the assessment team. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of STKIP YPM Bangko employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis techniques. Respondents in this study were all 97 employees of STKIP YPM Bangko. Data collection using a questionnaire questionnaire. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test and for testing the research data using the test of data nullity using the Chi Square test and linearity test and simple regression test using the SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between compensation (X) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.127 and the value of tcount> ttable of 5.216> 1.660. It is hoped that students can be used as motivation to achieve satisfying learning outcomes and achievements
