As for the background, there is a mismatch of compensation given which is indicated by the decline in employee performance at the Bangko Branch FIF office. This research uses quantitative methods with simple regression analysis techniques. Respondents for the research were all 62 employees of the FIF Branch of Bangko. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 62 respondents in the Bangko Branch FIF office. The test on the research instrument was the validity test and the reliability test, while the classical assumption test used the Normality Test and the Linearity Test with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 20 application. The results showed that employee compensation had a significant effect on employee performance in the FIF branch office of Bangko, This is evidenced by the value of t = 4.222> t table = 2,000 by using a significance limit of 0.000 below 0.05. Then the results of this assessment reject H0 and accept Ha which is accepted, meaning that employee compensation affects employee performance.Suggestions for further research are to make improvements in terms of compensation in conducting employee compensation research. For related companies, in order to optimize employee compensation in order to have better employee performance
